Buzz Vending is an independent, locally run operator covering London and Kent. We place snack and drink machines in workplaces where they genuinely earn their spot — and then we actually look after them.
Our story
Built around one very common complaint
Talk to enough facilities managers and the same story comes up. The machine went in, it was great for a month, and then it started running empty. The card reader broke and stayed broken. Emails went unanswered. Eventually somebody asked for it to be taken away.
That isn't a vending problem — it's a service problem. Machines are simple; running a route properly is the hard part. So we built Buzz Vending around the service side first: a tight geographical patch, sales data driving every restock, and one point of contact who answers.
We'd rather run a smaller number of well-served sites than plant machines everywhere and visit them when we get round to it.
The rule we work to
If we wouldn't put our own money into a site, we won't put a machine there.
It keeps us honest with you at the assessment stage, and it means the machines we do install are the ones that work.

Honest assessments
If your site won't support a machine, we'll tell you that rather than install one and let it disappoint everyone.
Full stock, always
Restocks are scheduled from real sales data so the popular lines are there when people go looking for them.
Local and reachable
One patch across London and Kent, one named contact, and a response that comes from a person rather than a ticket system.
Everything included
Machine, install, stock, servicing, repairs, payments and insurance. The site's only job is providing the socket.
Where we work
One patch, properly covered
We deliberately keep our coverage tight. Greater London and Kent is a big enough area to build a proper route across, and small enough that we can get to any site quickly when something needs fixing.
National operators can't do that. A site in Erith or Barking waiting on an engineer routed out of the Midlands is exactly the experience we're trying to avoid recreating.
Greater London
All boroughs — from central offices and studios to the industrial estates and depots around the North Circular, the Lea Valley and the south-east.
Kent
Dartford, Bexley, Bromley, Gravesend, Medway, Maidstone, Sevenoaks, Tonbridge, Ashford and the surrounding towns.
Doing it properly

Vending is a food business, and we treat it like one.
Registered food business
Registered with the relevant local authority as a food business, as required for selling packaged snacks and drinks.
Insured
Public liability, product liability and cover on our own machines — so the risk sits with us, not with your site.
Date and stock control
Stock rotated by date on every visit, with allergen information available for the lines we carry.
