Free vending machines
A vending machine for your site, at no cost.
No purchase price. No rental. No service charge. We fund the machine, install it, fill it and look after it — your site just provides the space and the socket.
The arrangement
Why we give the machine away
A vending machine is only worth installing where it will genuinely get used. So rather than asking you to buy one and hope, we take that risk instead.
We put our own machine on your site and stock it at our expense. You get a permanent amenity for your people without a purchase order, a budget line or anything to maintain.
It's also why we're straight with you at the assessment stage. There's nothing in it for us in installing a machine somewhere it will sit half-used.
Zero cost, zero liability
The machine stays ours
Because we own the unit, the maintenance, insurance, product liability and any repair bills stay with us too. Nothing lands on your balance sheet or your facilities budget.

What makes a site work
Headcount is the obvious factor, but it's rarely the deciding one. These are what we actually look at.
People on site
Around 15+ regularly on site is our usual starting point — staff, drivers, residents, members or visitors all count.
Time on site
Long shifts and full days beat quick visits. If people are there for hours, they'll want something at some point.
What's nearby
The further the nearest shop or café — and the harder it is to nip out — the better a machine performs.
Hours of operation
Early starts, night shifts and weekend working are ideal. That's when nothing else is open.
A sensible spot
Somewhere visible and on the natural walking route — a break room, reception, corridor or welfare area.
Access for us
We need to get in to restock. Gated sites are fine as long as there's a workable arrangement.
Below 15 people? Don't rule yourself out. A small site with captive workers, awkward hours and nothing nearby can outperform a much larger one. Tell us the details and we'll give you a straight answer.

Free machine FAQs
The questions we get asked most
What's the catch?
There isn't one, but it's a fair question. The arrangement works where the machine gets enough regular use to be worth running, which is why we assess sites properly first rather than installing everywhere. Everything is set out in writing before anything is delivered.
Do we get a share of the takings?
On most free-loan placements, no — the value to the site is the free amenity and zero cost. On larger, higher-traffic sites a commission arrangement can make sense. Ask us and we'll be upfront about what your site could support.
Can we set the prices?
We set them, but we keep them sensible — a machine with silly prices simply doesn't get used. If you feel a line is priced wrong for your site, tell us and we'll look at it.
How much electricity does it use?
A modern chilled machine uses a modest amount — comparable to a domestic fridge, with LED lighting and an energy-saving mode. It runs from a standard socket.
What happens if we want it removed?
Give us notice as set out in the agreement and we'll collect it, at our cost, at a time that suits you. No exit fee.
See if your site qualifies
One short form or a two-minute phone call is enough for us to tell you whether a free machine makes sense for your site.
