Snack and drink vending is what we do. Not a sideline to a coffee business — the main thing, and the thing we've built our stocking and service routine around.
The machine goes in free for qualifying sites, we fill it with a range chosen for your type of site, and then we adjust it. Lines that sell get more facings. Lines that sit there get replaced. Within a month or two the machine looks quite different from the day it arrived, because it's been shaped by your people.

Keeping it full
Restocking planned around real demand
An empty machine is worse than no machine — people try it twice, find nothing, and stop looking. So we don't restock on a lazy fixed rota.
We track what each machine sells and when, then schedule visits to land before the popular rows empty. Busy sites are typically serviced weekly or twice weekly; quieter ones less often. Either way, the schedule follows the sales.
